Wine Tourism

The cellars, where the House's Fine Wine matures and the olive oil from the previous year rests, are located, as usual, in the basement.

  

 

Another activity of the Estate is the organization of events, like wine tastings and courses, group meals.


 


 

 

 

In this section, one can see some of the delicacies produced in Casal Agrícola de Cevêr. All of this products can be comercialized.

This wine is based on traditional knowledge and methods gathered from the type of wine production that Grandfather Manta Mergulhão (MM) developed in the begining of the last century.
It's vinification takes place in the farm's traditional, century-old presses, through grape stomping, and is aged in american oak casks.
This easy going wine is suitable for any ocasion, and shows all the typical qualities of the region. Being a natural wine, sediment may appear.
