OLIVE OIL
This wine is based on traditional knowledge and methods gathered from the type of wine production that Grandfather Manta Mergulhão (MM) developed in the begining of the last century.
Like in the past, Quinta de Cevêr red wine is born out of the combination of four varieties, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Barca. It's vinification takes place in the farm's traditional, century-old presses, through grape stomping, and is aged in american oak casks.
This easy going wine is suitable for any ocasion, and shows all the typical qualities of the region.
Being a natural wine, sediment may appear.
